From today my helpdesk, user support and usability site moves here, to WordPress. This is a much more flexible and usable approach for running the site – as a blog it’s easy to update and administer and I can do it from anywhere. I chose WordPress for its extended capabilities, ease of use and quality of presentation – better than Blogger.com on all counts in my opinion (not that Blogger is bad – but it does have its quirks and is occasionally quite unintuitive).
I hope to be fully up and running very soon.
